Gennadii (Henry) Khorunzhyi
President & CEO

With nearly 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Khorunzhyi founded Lidan Inc. in 2014 to pioneer Platform Polymer Technology. This innovation empowered the Lidan team to create specialized product lines for the U.S. agricultural and pharmaceutical markets under the Forticept brand. Through his strategic leadership, Lidan has successfully registered its bio-pesticides with the EPA alongside human and veterinary lines with the FDA, and is actively expanding its commercial presence.

Dr. Boris Gorinshteyn
CSO

Dr. Gorinshteyn is one of the key figures of R&D team. He works on formulation development for Lidan and is instrumental in coordination of regulatory compliance and product manufacturing. In the past, Dr. Gorinshteyn has developed science-based pioneering pharma-botanical formulations for a wide variety of bioactive product categories for various life science projects. Several of those other products are currently on the market or in clinical trials, and he has played key roles in bringing them to market. Dr. Gorinshteyn is a licensed doctor of naturopathy. He received his ND and later a PhD in Biology, both from the United States School of Naturopathy and Allied Science. Dr. Gorinshteyn also has a Bachelor of Science degree (Biology, Georgia State University), and substantial research experience in phytotherapy and magnetobiology.

Mr. Kulikov received his education in marketing and possesses over 20 years of rich industry experience. Driven by a strong work ethic, he has successfully elevated Lidan’s online product sales to the next level. He continues to expand the company’s digital commerce presence by leveraging advanced tools in this rapidly growing market.

Dr. F. Russell Denton

Dr. Denton supports Lidan projects in formulation development, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and product commercialization.  He has been an inventor, attorney and/or C-level officer in a dozen ventures, most of them with science-based use of natural products for medicines or other bioactive applications.   Dr. Denton is a former member of King & Spalding’s pharmaceutical and chemical patent practice.  Earlier he managed R&D at Motorola for several years, and was a post-doctoral fellow at Bell Communications Research.  Dr. Denton earned five degrees from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, including in Botany and Biochemistry and a PhD in Chemistry, and earned a JD/MBA from the University of Georgia.  Dr. Denton has taught both chemistry and law at the University of Georgia, and both chemistry and business at Kennesaw State University.
